Svarga resort does not have a fitness center available for guests. However, we do offer wellness classes and spa services at our Hagia spa facility.

Our Resort offers rooms with private pool facilities, or an open-air pool (Kamana Pool).

The room has the most privacy pool. It was the highest suite than other rooms.

For Guests, free unlimited time
For Non-Guests, we open from 07:00 – 17:00.

We would ask guests to respect the fact that no food or snacks are allowed in the pool area.

Yes, towels are available at the pool area

We are happy to welcome you and your family, but please note that the pool depth ranges from 2 – 3 Meters.

Children must be supervised by their parents. No swimming in deep water before mastering swimming.

As per the regulations, our resort does not accept or leave pets with our guests.

Our Svarga Resort stay packages come with free Wi-Fi and are equipped with security features throughout the resort and public areas and are part of the facilities set up.

The resort is located 20 minutes drive from Bangsal Harbour and an 80 minute drive from Lombok International Airport. 

Reservation canceling is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. In the event of cancellation at short notice, one night is charged if we are unable to fill the room with another booking. Applicable in the event of early departure. At Christmas / New Year the cancellation period is 14 days before arrival.
