Functional: language preference, dismissed announcement banners, recently viewed rooms. Analytics (anonymized): page views, search filters used, booking funnel steps. Marketing attribution: UTM parameters from referring campaigns, last-touch attribution for sales lead reporting.
Third-Party Cookies
When you embark on payment, the payment gateway (Faspay, Midtrans) may set cookies on their hosted pages. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps may set cookies subject to Google's policies. We do not control third-party cookies; review their policies for details.
Cookie Lifetimes
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies expire as follows: CSRF token 12 hours, session 30 days, marketing attribution 30 days, analytics 24 months. Cookies are deleted earlier when you log out or clear browser data.
